The seminar, which qualifies for 8 hours ASA and CPE credit, covers the how-to aspects of unusual engagements and advanced aspects of evolving areas within the field. It's ideal for business appraisers and others at all levels. The impressive line-up of speakers, panelists and topics promises a lively and informative day.

Following Opening Remarks at 8:45 a.m. by co-chairs Nammacher and Johnston, the 9:00 a.m. session will feature a panel discussion of Current Issues for Financial Reporting, hosted by Stamos Nicholas, Matthew Pinson, Arthur S. Miller, and Peter G. Wollmeringer.

Terry J. Allen will talk at 10:45, offering an Advanced Look at the Guideline Company Approach. After lunch and networking, Brenda K. Woolbert will discuss IRS Perspective: Appraisers and Their Valuation Responsibilities at 1:00 p.m.

At 2:00 p.m. Jim Hitchner will host Make Me an Offer I CAN Refuse: An Alternate Look at Current Views. Michael Tully will lead the closing seminar at 3:45 p.m. on Update: FASB Projects Applicable to Financial Reporting Valuation.
